Reintroducing Myself: Finding Strength in Support

I’ve been asked to introduce myself and say what I do a few times recently. I have found that the act of doing this also helps me to clarify my ‘what and why’. So, I thought I would take the opportunity to reintroduce myself here –

Hi, I’m Caroline Clark — a former SENDCO and now a carer for individuals with Autism, ADHD, attachment needs, and learning disabilities.

Over the years, I’ve felt the isolation and frustration that can come with supporting others. I’ve seen how that impacts not just my own well-being, but also the people I care for. That’s why I’ve made it my mission to empower adults — so they can be stronger for the children and young people they support.

Whether you're a leader, teacher, or carer, you’ll face moments of doubt and exhaustion. You might feel like you’re not showing up the way you want to. I get it — and I’m here to help.

That’s why I founded Finding Better Futures. Through coaching, supervision, and consultancy, I support adults to find clarity, strength, and renewed energy to face their challenges and opportunities.
